I have a highly optioned out Losi 22t. it has all the losi aluminum parts and weights I have it set up to run rear motor. I have the original box and all original option parts. I have a tekin esc and tekin brushless motor and high speed servo set up for leisure hours raceway. I have only 2 races on truck, I even have a transponder on the truck that i can give with it or sell to the person depending on trade. I have a few sets of tires and rims along with extra unpainted body. looking for axial or other higher end rock crawler. I can text pics if interested.

I just bought a brand new RC18MT from associated and it doesnt work. The battery has a bad cell and my speed controller does nothing. the light will turn when you move it forward and reverse, but nada. Ive tried to get ahold of associated and I see thats gonna be a task in its own. Ive read a couple of places that it cant read my radio signal but other speed controllers work. I have theXP2G radio 2.4. Please someone have an idea what I need to do

I recently moved to chicago and was dissapointed to find there are NO places to run rc downtown. I stumbled across one,underground rc but they have a closed domain on their website so are they closed? What is up with the rc community here? There are no events, no clubs that get together, and the only tracks are in bumf*** Egypt. Even this site is an apparent ghost forum, so whats up with chicago, is there really no community here or am i missing something?

I am selling my Tamiya TB-02 Drift Spec R/C car because it is not getting enough use. It was bought as a kit and assembled with a Novak 17.5 brushless Ballistic racing motor and Novak Edge ESC. The car is RTR and comes with a DX2E remote, 4600 MaH battery and wall charger for the battery. Installed are blue A-arms and heat sink. The originals are included. The car comes without a body but if wanted, I can include an older worn in Nissan body with working head / tail lights. New drift tires will also be included. Hello all, I am new to this forum and can't seem to find anything posted after 6/6/2012. That was 6 months ago.
Anyway, I have been into rc cars and trucks for almost 30 years and finally have decided to get into 1/8 scale racing (buggy). I have a few questions:
1. Where are good places around Chicagoland to race 1/8 scale nitro?

2. As far as buggy a go I have a Kyosho Inferno 777 and a Ofna Hyper 7 TQ. Which 1 is the better buggy to race or do I need to find a different roller to be competitive?

3. What are some of the first mods to do before racing?

4. What would be the best engine pipe combo to get for racing. I don't plan on going pro but I would like to be competitive without overpowering my car off the track.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
