Question about JR XS3 - RCDad - 08-11-2005 Hey, where can I find a chart showing all the frequencies and what channel they are. Last weekend I had to ask Walt (who actually had to look it up) what channel my frequency was. Question about JR XS3 - DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 - 08-11-2005 DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 Wrote:I was just at Futaba.com looking at this and they say clearly that you cannot mix AM and FM rx & tx. Check their site becuase they have a nice ref chart for freq's and channels. They also have a simple explanation of why there is 27, 50, 72, and 75 mhz out there. They also have a great answer to range of AM vs FM vs PCM. AND they explain the radio based failsafe system (like Spektrum uses, they use it in their PCM). A good info source site, even if you don't use or like Futaba.here http://www.futaba-rc.com/faq/frequency.html Question about JR XS3 - Notochord - 08-11-2005 of course it will work with other rx's its the same frequency. JR cant magically transit to JR rx's. and you cant mix. And you cant mix AM and FM there diffrent Frequencies if you could mix AM and FM rx's and tx's then the frequency problem would be worse at rc tracks Question about JR XS3 - maxximum_44 - 08-11-2005 http://www.horizonhobby.com/Shop/ByCategory/Product/Default.aspx?ProdID=JRP317227 Question about JR XS3 - Tex - 08-11-2005 Tune there are FM radios in the 27mhz band, also AM radios in 75mhz band. I had a futaba AM radio on channel 74 I know JR and Air sell the XS3 and MX3 both on either 27mhz or 75mhz, synthasized |
