LHR January 8th, 2006 - DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 - 01-09-2006 Tune, how many racers in MT? And who got #1? Way to go on #2 and not smoking! LHR January 8th, 2006 - Sh1nn3r - 01-09-2006 I think there where 12 guys in the mt and rick riggs came in #1 LHR January 8th, 2006 - DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 - 01-09-2006 Thanks Chris! LHR January 8th, 2006 - Mr. Tune - 01-09-2006 Is rick a local or one of the travelers? What was he running? He was too far out in front of me, so I didn't catch what he was driving. LHR January 8th, 2006 - HAGASAN - 01-09-2006 I love the practice in making the kids, just not the baby sitting part. Rick Riggs is from INdy and the guy can drive good. He races a revo. Nice guy too. Its good to see all you "newer Racers" doing well and getting the hang of this stuff. LHR January 8th, 2006 - thenewguy821 - 01-09-2006 Congrats on 2nd place John... I gotta get used to the Revo now, so you have some local competition. Most of the MT guys jumped ship (Rich, Ryan, Bobo...) I did a little testing with the new settings, Trinity pipe, and wing addition, and it seemed to be turning MUCH better. LHR January 8th, 2006 - rocco79 - 01-09-2006 Congrats Demo LHR January 8th, 2006 - Tex - 01-09-2006 anytime Tune! Congrats to all the guys who were running up front, good job. Slim you were hanging right there with the best of them from what I saw, great job. Rich after more practice with that LSP you'll be a front runner, you were doing great for the amount of runtime you've had with it. Rick Riggs is a cool dude, I chatted with him for awhile. He has a 1 inch extended chassis(in the rear only, not up front like most people) and he has a OS RG.21 ....it was the Orange body Revo. I can't wait for next weekend..... LHR January 8th, 2006 - rocco79 - 01-09-2006 Isnt that what engine you gonna run!??? LHR January 8th, 2006 - Tex - 01-09-2006 not as of now.... but I think the power it has to offer is about perfect for a revo...faster than most smallblocks (more brute power anyway) but not TOO powerfull. LHR January 8th, 2006 - Michowski - 01-09-2006 2.5 is a great option. If i cant get my reserve price for mine il be running a 2.5 with an os .18 carb. 2.5 has more then enough power for racing. LHR January 8th, 2006 - rocco79 - 01-09-2006 Well whatever you guys do i look forward to racing with ya! LHR January 8th, 2006 - snakebite46 - 01-09-2006 I let Sh1nn3r use my 2.5R yesterday after his TM took a dump. (bad luck dude). Man that motor rips !!! I guess when I ran that motor I really didnt see how good and fast the thing looks out on the track. Thanks Gabe, I'm trying to keep up with the big dogs =P Glad I made the A-main first time out with the LSP. LHR January 8th, 2006 - rocco79 - 01-09-2006 Chris your TM blew up too??!?!! WTF!!!!!!! Snake where did you qual? And where did ya finish??? How long was the main? LHR January 8th, 2006 - snakebite46 - 01-09-2006 1: Matt Gosch Jammin 2: Sonny O LSP 3: Joe Finn TTR ST-1 4: Rob Kassal LSP 5: Me. LSP 6: Eric Anderson. LHR January 8th, 2006 - MX_KEVIN - 01-09-2006 Dude..you forgot me :wavey: 7 Bobbo 8 Me Kevin My spektrum took a dump so I didnt run either LHR January 8th, 2006 - rocco79 - 01-09-2006 It took a dump??!?! LHR January 8th, 2006 - snakebite46 - 01-09-2006 Sorry bout that Kevin. I knew you were in the A-main but couldnt remember if you were in 7th or 8th. LHR January 8th, 2006 - FreeRideFrosty - 01-09-2006 Awesome guys and congrats to all who placed well. I can't wait for the trophy race... (And what mods are needed to run the OS RG?? Just the .21 conversion??) LHR January 8th, 2006 - MX_KEVIN - 01-09-2006 snakebite46 Wrote:Sorry bout that Kevin. I knew you were in the A-main but couldnt remember if you were in 7th or 8th. Actually I think I qualified 10th. But if no one remembers, why should I? 8th sounds a little better Roco, My Tx antenna wire has poped of the board twice now. LHR January 8th, 2006 - rocco79 - 01-09-2006 that sux kev! ( the antenna thing ) LHR January 8th, 2006 - Ed Kaz - 01-09-2006 Quote:more pics ED!!!! even if they are a little blurred! KINDA blurred? You needing glasses? The pix came out like chit. Shooting through the fog, even at ASA3200 the fastest shutter speed I could get outa the camera was 1/60th. Hardly fast enough to freeze a slow walking person. flash was outa the question, as all it did was accentuate the fog........even at 6-8 feet away. As it was, I could get some fog free pix if I shot early in a race, just didnt have enough light for nice crisp pix :o: LHR January 8th, 2006 - Sh1nn3r - 01-09-2006 Ya Rich was doing awesome with his lsp yesterday. Drove it better then his buggy i think, nice job rich and thanks for the engine. LHR January 8th, 2006 - destroy_my_revo_15 - 01-09-2006 looks like someone lost a wheel in the second to last pic :bustingup |
