Decals / Customer Service - RytM1 - 09-21-2006 OK, someone need to find me Kevin's last name, he has gone too far, and started to play with my money! I got my credit card statement this week, and geuss what, he charged me on 8/28 for the stickers I ordered near the beginning of August. The kicker is, I haven't received a single sticker from him yet, three weeks after I was billed, as if that was a suprise. I obviously disputed the charge, but Kevin's bullshit has now involved phucking with my money, and he has made this personal. His website is still shut down, but now the phone just keeps ringing...no voicemail. He claims that the product shipped UPS or else I would not have been billed. He said to save the trouble of finding out what happened to the package, he would reprint my job and get it out to me. I am going to reserve my opinions on the first shipment, as Kevin appears to be willing to resolve this. We'll see how it goes...Kevin did admit to finishing up whats left of the RC orders he had, selling off some of the equpiment, and getting out of the RC field. The guy is a jag, between you and me and everyone that reads this. He stiffed us on the race for the cure decals. Cosmo first said he would help sponsor. then he sold it, then I talked to Kevin like 5 times and said ok no problem and I think JB also talked to him about them. Then about 3 days before the race I called him to ask about them and he said he wont be able to help us out.... I even told him that I would do the tracking, and he danced around the issue of giving me the number....my honest feeling is that he didnt do it either, so we'll see what happens...
