Hmmmm... well hopefully it doesnt turn into a mud bash and there will be snow. I'm sure if it gets close and there is no snow we will see what everyone want to do but for now I'm not worried. It's a ways away still. If need be we could always get together to eat if poeple wanted or just move the whole thing a few weeks...

once you plan a date you should stick to it. People plan around that date.
If there is no snow....there is no snow.
Another thing to think about is if you want to start meeting up there more often then once every few months. We used to go every weekend

Yeah... we will stick to the date. That is fine. As for meeting more often I'm sure in a few months we can say every 2 weeks or eery second week in the month. something like that... weather just isn't too great to do that now...
