New decal maker on the block - Obsessive R/C - 02-27-2007 I talked to him Friday...he's wrapping up some previous misc. orders & items for people, before he goes in for surgery on his spine which will put him out of commision for about a month or so. New decal maker on the block - mr.natural - 04-12-2007 :joy: welcomealute: remember KEEP ON TRUCK'IN New decal maker on the block - Tex - 05-29-2007 I unstickied this as seann sold the RC side of the business if I'm not mistaken. New decal maker on the block - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 05-29-2007 talk to cramer his shit was the best New decal maker on the block - Evil3 - 05-29-2007 chickenfarmer3 Wrote:....if I could find a link to the right kinda machine and software I have been kicking around the idea of doing it........anyone know where to look? Here's a link that sells the cutters, and printers. http://www.signwarehouse.com/default2.htm New decal maker on the block - DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 - 05-29-2007 Or look here: http://www.cfxpaintworks.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=1206 New decal maker on the block - blktransam - 05-29-2007 I need someone to do some vynal(sp) for my trailor.. New decal maker on the block - Tex - 05-29-2007 DeWinter Sign and Vinyl can do huge stuff.... otherwise Mr.Tune might be able to do it, not sure. http://www.dewintersign.com/ New decal maker on the block - chickenfarmer3 - 05-29-2007 thanks guys, Dave, I want something that can do multicolored laminated vinyl, not just one or 2 color things, thanks tho New decal maker on the block - DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 - 05-29-2007 How about that Sign Here company? I think Drew posted him up.... New decal maker on the block - chickenfarmer3 - 05-29-2007 looks like i am looking at about 11g's for what i want....guess I wont be doing this anytime soon..LOL that was me that posted about the sign here company....he is not returning my calls or emails, so either he changed his mind about doing RC, or mabey he is on vacation? New decal maker on the block - DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 - 05-29-2007 sorry for the confusion there.... RC is small volumes for low dollars I would venture to guess. Too much time invested for short custom runs. New decal maker on the block - Tex - 05-29-2007 Mr. Tune can cut different colors of vinyl and then you can layer it when applying it... New decal maker on the block - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 05-29-2007 he can do that but i dont think tha kind of vinyl holds up as well to fuel spills and stuff like that. Laminated stuff like upgrade or maxspeed used to do is different, its printed all on one sheet instead of layered New decal maker on the block - Mr. Tune - 05-29-2007 Fuel won't hurt layered vinyl. It's the printed stuff you gotta worry about. Fuel can destroy the ink pretty easy. maxpseed used to use industrial grade equipment, much better lamination capabilities than I can offer for such things as wing sticker numbers and whatnot. The better stuff you use, the better quality you're gonna get. All the pros who do custom printing of stickers, do it strictly as a side job to their main business because there simply isn't enough money in the rc busienss to afford those machines.
