Revo type: o.s 18 tm, 38 tooth spur 15 tooth cb <--stock, response tires hurricane rims, single servo, foc, pretty much all the goodies you can get on it.

Test one = 38 tooth spur gear 15 tooth cb close ratio gear set top speed 37.3 mph GPS

Test two = 38 tooth spur gear 15 tooth cb wide ratio gear set top speed 43.1 mph GPS

Gps is accurate to .1 tenth of a mph
Also take in to consideration that the gps weights 5 ounces so mph might increase a tiny bit with it off.

I did this all with gps during the summer. Gps i used was a garmin etrex legend

Razbo is me

With a TNT Modded TM or TZ, an RB Concepts TM323 header/pipe and the stock tranny ratio you could easily run a 17t/36t like I do. I'd be willing to bet that I have the widest torque curve possible. I have amazing low end snap and my truck easily hits 48mph+
