I painted a couple new bodies today.
Sometimes painting goes well.....

Sometimes it goes very, very wrong.......
Looks like a frickin' christmas tree ornament...... :mad:
I'm never gonna buy chrome paint again......

I like the revo body.
I think I'm going to do candy red with chrome behind it next time I do a body after seeing that. Exactly what color red is that?

The red was shot with Pactra Metallic Red backed with Pactra Indy Silver.
The chrome was shot with Spastix Chrome.
Word of advice on chrome paint:
Make sure the body in COMPLETELY clean of any waterspots after
you clean it. The chrome paint shows off every little waterspot.
Waterspots usually blend into the paint but not with chrome.
It may help to blow the body dry with compressed air.

Looks fine to me. Who really cares how it looks because when its moving it just looks like a blur anyways.. lol.
I agree on the chrome paint.. I'll never buy it because its just too much of a pain to deal with.

Strong words, considering I've seen the body you painted for the 4-tec......
LOL J/KAlso, Then trucks look great!!! Who cares about a little inconsistancy in the Chrome paint? Kinda adds character. Besides, how can you be worried about something that looks a little different, you were the one who put eyes on a T4... Which I still think is cool...
