Too thin of diff oil = pushing thru turns? - Ponch - 03-07-2006 I just though of something---last time I redid my front diff all I had on hand was 5k oil. So yeah I though so better untuned than dry so I filled it up...Could that make my revo be pushing badly thru turns? If yeah I should just get some 30k/10k f/r setup? Thanks. Oh yeah...What can I do to increase corner speed? I seem to be sluggish through the turns... Too thin of diff oil = pushing thru turns? - Tex - 03-08-2006 I run 30K/front 10K/rear, I would assume your problems are due to the low oil weight in the front diff. Sounds like your front diff has lighter oil then your rear, that's backwards. Too thin of diff oil = pushing thru turns? - Mr. Tune - 03-08-2006 5k up front for a revo is WAY to thin. I run the same as tex. 30k front and 10k rear. Too thin of diff oil = pushing thru turns? - Ponch - 03-08-2006 Ok cool now that I know what it is I can fix it...Just gotta get some diff oil. |
