Hey Bernie....:) - Eracer76 - 10-14-2006 Hey Bernie....do you know if racing will be outside or inside tomorrow? I think its going to be 60 and sunny outside.. Thanks, Eric BTW, your PM box is full, I tired to send this to you. Hey Bernie....:) - ATA_Thrash - 10-14-2006 Hey Eric I talked to Bernie this morning and racing will be indoor this sunday. He had to winterize the track due to the freezing weather we had. So outdoor is finished for the season. Hey Bernie....:) - Ponch - 10-14-2006 How do you winterize a track? Like take down all the tubes and stuff? Hey Bernie....:) - Tex - 10-14-2006 what tires do you have eric? race indoor anyway? Hey Bernie....:) - Casketman - 10-14-2006 I would think that winterize the track atleast means blowing air in the water lines so they dont freeze. No clue whatelse would have to be done. But we are indoor. Nice Hey Bernie....:) - Eracer76 - 10-14-2006 Tex Wrote:what tires do you have eric? race indoor anyway? I only have Bowtie MT's and Crimefighters. I dont really like either one on the indoor track compared to my Boa C's, which are unmounted right now because the foams were shot and Im waiting for new wheels and foams. Im going through the buggy now, changing all the oils and some of the setup. I have the old switches for it, so I might just transfer the servos/radio box, engine/pipe on over from the ST-R and give buggy a try for my first time ever! Hey Bernie....:) - Tex - 10-14-2006 bowtie MT's would be great indoors.....your choice though Hey Bernie....:) - Casketman - 10-14-2006 I be Running bowties this sunday Hey Bernie....:) - ATA_Thrash - 10-14-2006 Ponch Wrote:How do you winterize a track? Ya he had to get the water out of the sprinkler system. Hey Bernie....:) - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 10-14-2006 bowties worked good, too much traction the one time i was in there, i bet worn out bts would work well Hey Bernie....:) - Casketman - 10-14-2006 I have them too on 40's. These are brand new MTR's on 17mm offset maximizers for the revo Hey Bernie....:) - Eracer76 - 10-14-2006 Bowties are ok, but I think they seem to get slicker as the day goes on and the track dries out some.... Boa C's are better though IMO. Im just going to change everthing over to the buggy and run it. Ive never even driven a buggy before, so Im looking forward to trying it out. Im planning on getting a new engine for the truggy anyway, so the V-spec can just stay in the buggy Hey Bernie....:) - chickenfarmer3 - 10-14-2006 new holeshots work really well.
