10 is when the sign ups end and 10:30 is when they go racing. Its $15 to race.
The transponder is nothing. Just make sure that you put it back as soon as your race is done. Someone else might be using it.
You will just have to remember to not use reverse if you dont have the FOC in.

I wouldnt worry about it Eric, they can only take you out when you lap them over and over again.
