Winner need not be present to win.
$20.00 each ticket for the 8 kit
$5.00 each ticket for the mini-t
I will have the cars at the party.
You could purchase raffle tickets at the party or if you are not going

I think he just has a limit to how many need to sell. I dont think he has a limit to how many he WILL sell. So 30 could get sold.
