We were at the hobby shop one night watching one of those r/c planes crash videos and we were commenting on how sweet the jets were and one of the guys there has been into planes for 20 years told us how hard the f.a.a (i think) governs r/c jets... All of the planes that came were HUGE and they also had jets and helos. If you search around the Inet you might find if they still put it on. I know last year they cancelled because the field was being rebuilt. They are having a weekend event there on June 11 to "grand open" the new strip. Don't know much more about it, but I'm sure the StChas Hobbytown knows it all. I think i went to one of those airshows and i saw some jets but the thing that i remember the most there was a flying lawn mower the thing was awsome. it wasnt an actual lawn mower. it was shaped to look like a lawnmower and the wing was part that covers the spining blade and i think it had the elevators on the handle bars. it was doing backflips and stuff it was cool ok im done now lol Been thinking about getting an RC Jet - thenewguy821 - 06-04-2005 That flying lawnmower, is from HERE. They also have a Witch, a Tank, a Flag flown by Uncle Sam (Just in time for the 4th) and a Race car.
