Does anybody else here watch the ninja warrior competitions on G4tv?
This show is great! The obstacle course these guys gotta go through is hardest course I have ever seen. It's 4 rounds long, with the last round requiring the competitors to climb a 50' rope in 30 seconds.
I highly recommend you guys check out this show!

I love the bar slide and the 1" ledge with all the gaps! I don't know how some of those guys can even make it through the 3rd round basically hanging the whole time!

Go to g4tv.com they got the showtimes listed. It's on twice a day. I think 5:30 and 10:30 eastern, but don't quote me on it. I TiVo it and watch at my leisure
