jammin x1 kit question
#1
i was just lookin at the jammin x1 cr or crt kits and i was just comparing them to the rtr versions of both. i was just wondering why the kits are way more $ when they dont even come wit engine, pipe, and electronics. i know they come with soem upgrades but i dont really get it. could someone please explain it to me.

Seroius racers dont want the included pipes and engines... They just arent up to snuff for week in and week out racing...

Kits you get to build yourself so YOU know that it was built to your standards and you get the better shock towers , toe plates ....ect... things that matter to the hardcore racer because they equal durability

Czech is right. You're probably better off doing your homework and then buying a racer used Pro almost ready to run on ebay, here, or one of the other forums. You can get great deals right now on Jammin' vehicles as many people are going to the Losi.

Or you could buy an outdated Mayhem Pro for next to nothing and use the extra money on motor and electronics. Parts availability is excellent and cheap.

so get the kit, like I have been telling you the whole time, nick

trust me, instead of getting into 2 classes you should focus in on 1 class since you have no real source of income. you should either buy a buggy or truggy kit, and build it the right way (shock oil, and diff oil, which Ill show you how to do) then for your birthday you can get goodies for your truggy or buggy

moto. there are plenty of awesome used jammin cars goin in the 250 price range. which is rediculous, but a great deal none the less. if its your first car i would say save some money get the car you want., just get one thats used.
