they will cause the mask to kind of melt on the edges, u will have to recut the lines, atleast i have always had to

The HOK is actually urethane...way worse that lacquer

Was watching pimp my ride and they used HOK to paint some guys chevelle. Was one of the better cars they did.

But don't soak the body for long times or thinner will affect seals in the body. Flush it with Createx cleaner after thinner.

No long time thinner soaks on anything with rubber seals.
You can get Createx cleaner at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, HobbyTown, etc.

ii have had good luck just swiching sum rubbing alcohol around to get it out and then wiping whatever i can out with a rag, its always good to have some paint thinner around tho incase it dries

You can always use Createx "airbrush restorer"....this is designed to dissolve waterbased and solvent based paint but is fairly gentle on the rubber components...you still have to flush it out after soaking, or it will eventually eat the seals.

yeah, those cheap low-end iwata's have thin chrome....you'd never see that on an Eclipse.
