Nope, use a light pearl blue as real cows have a blue out line around the black spots. Almost the same thing as a pin, but yet it’s not as they aren’t constant (some areas are wide and other areas there is no blue color).

just draw it pretty much, i usually draw the lateral lines on the body first then the vertical ones, whichever is easier tho. I cut it all out at once and then put a little squiggle in marker on the LMF to know which ones im keeping black
