Finally read this thread, and well, I guess I see the point in calling out the raggers and criers, but that's human nature to do that stuff. The Off topic threads were supposed to contain it, but it got leaked into most every thread eventually. I would think that after enough members said "cut the crap" they would stop, but if bannings don't then what will?
Many of the active members that built the discussions here when I joined are almost never heard from now. The silence speaks volumes. Those guys know what's what, and now they won't give the forum the time of day, which hurts this forum's reputation for being helpful. If every question or post gets stepped on by clutter, no member will care, and no visitor will join.
I hope the kid stuff stops and we get back in shape soon. And you know it's bad when I don't even bother to insert smart-ass comments where they are sorely needed.

If you have been on any of the other forums you would realize that they don't have no-where near the crap that gets posted on here (I’m just comparing this site to some of the other sites). If there was a "smart-ass" commit in only a few threads then it would be as big of a deal as it is now where just about every thread or someone’s view point on a subject gets bashed just because you wanted to "mess" with someone. So a little BS is ok, but a ton of BS is just ridiculous.

I'm with Hoob on this, I'm watching politcal nonsense kill another forum I went on all the time (mostly Republican oriented jokes than when posted obiously raise the ire of more medium and left leaning member), what was funny is that one of the members that is part of the problem is complaining about it too.
