Well I tried to get ahold of someone at the track but I guess nobody showed up because the ansewering machine was on at 7:30 tonight so they must have closed early. Guess I will try again tomarrow. Also called 4to5 times after that.
So sick of the same layout outside!!!!
I will let you know what if anything I find out.

big bores and front light unis installed, gonna do a Cody King BB setup to start with, I still need to make some changes. Kyosho cnc HC knuckles and a few new plastics should be here tomorrow, ride height and all that jazz isnt setup yet, will drop the RB in after I get the knuckles on

work is slowing down for me, I plan on making plenty of amtrak trips this fall/winter to LH for indoor practice, possibly peoria this saturday as well. Im not selling this car, nor do I want an rc8, lol

Wow those things can clean up nicely once you put in good screws, captured hinge pins, good knuckles, good shocks, and whatever else I'm missing, lol ever the Thunder Tiger buggy doesn't have wood screws. J/K man I actually like the Kyosho cars I just couldn't afford one.

the kit is fine box stock, there is nothing wrong with the wood screws or e-clips, however I prefer to not deal with them

what exactly is it about the wood screws that you dont like hansarvin? You can have one tool for the entire car, they are cheap, they go in and come out fast, but the reason i dont use them Is they slowly wear their own threads away from rotation/normal use, I dont have a good phillips driver, and I have a TON of screws for this car in hex, and thats what it was equipped with when I got it.

Well I changed it to something a little less stupid. I just think so many people rip on Kyosho because it's one of the most expensive things out there and comes with things you would expect from a cheap RTR vehicle. But that's just my opinion.

lol that just true, mark pavidas used fioroni parts on a car that is "fastest bone stock" to win the worlds, well if its so fast out of the box wouldnt the fioroni parts have slowed him down, woah i just blew my own mind man!!!

if you dont like Kyosho, FINE, I really dont care. Bottom of the line is this gentleman, this is a KYOSHO topic for KYOSHO users/enthusiasts, not a debate on whether or not Kyosho's kits suit your standards as a racer/kit builder. Kyosho Pegasus is the first kit I ever built when I was 11, I owned/raced a Kyosho optima as a kid. I am going to run Kyosho, even if its 1 time a year, if you dont like it..YAY!!!!!
