if the cops say anything we will split up (20/20) 100yds from each other.

Technically, Yes, a permit is required for organized groups of over 25 people. The last Bash we had at Berwyn, 30+ people showed up (including kids and spouses), and we had no problem. The only reason for a permit, is in case someone else has a party/gathering scheduled. This isn't really a problem, because the permits are for the grove areas (The large clear areas with no trees). Where we meet, is ffarther back into the lot and is cluttered with trees. As far as I know, No permit is needed if you are not occupying one of the groves.
On another note, Firesprink and I went to Berwyn on Saturday. If anyone has a push broom, please bring it along (The more the better). The area where we usually park is cluttered with broken glass. I'd hate to see someone blow out a tire (RC or on their real car) because of a bunch of ignorant @$$es who can't use a garbage can.

If I remember correctly, the cops showed up last time too. They just sat there for a little bit, and then left. Probably just checking up on us to make sure we weren't causing trouble or anything.
