Thats um...great. However the real question is WHERE are you. We can recommend hobby shops, but if you aren't near them its not very cost effective to drive to them.

For actual shops to go to? I'd recommend Al's Hobby Shop in Elmhurst, or Leisure Hours in Joliet. Where you go is dependant on how far you are from either of them.

If you aren't close to either and don't want to drive Amainhobbies.com is a good place to buy parts. Towerhobbies.com isn't bad either being that the ship out of Champaign IL most of the time.

But according to your IP you aren't even in Illinois, not even remotely close to the state of IL actually. My best recomendation is the online shops then since we won't know your area. Unless ofcourse you are using a proxy or VPN, in which case your IP will show up differently.

Back on the topic though, we aren't going to be able to help you with a local hobby shop, we don't live in WA, were in IL so we wouldn't have any reason to be aware of this. Also being ChitownRC, a majority of the users would be from the chicagoland area and this isn't the best forum to ask about hobby shops local to you.

My best advice is to ask on one of the larger rc car magazine forums like RC Car Action, Xtreme RC...etc about local shops.

The 2nd best advice is to order online.

A-main Hobbies A Main Hobbies - Radio Control ( R/C or RC ) Cars, Trucks, Airplanes and Helicopters
Nitrohouse Home - NitroHouse
Tower Hobbies Tower Hobbies - Radio Control ( R/C or RC ) Cars, Trucks, Airplanes, Boats and Helicopters

Thats what comes to mind right away. And you being in WA are closer to them, so you'll get faster shipping than we see here in IL by virtue of being closer.

Find your Part Numbers and start shopping You can find the traxxas manuals at TRAXXAS

I second that. I'm not going to kill someone for spelling errors. But man, TYPE. There are over 100 keys on your keyboard, and 26 of them are for the standard alphabet! Use them!

You work at a hobby shop, use your discount.

If not, well I already pointed you to several well respected online resellers.

No one here is going to buy the parts for you and ship them out if thats what you are fishing for. And as for buying used parts, we have a classifieds section for those. Seeing as this really doesn't have anything to do with bashing i'm locking the thread. I know it seems like i'm being an a$$ but the people responding to this thread feel like they are beating their head against a brick wall.
