To everyone:
Glad to finally put faces with the names. I would have had more fun if I could have pried the radio away from my son Ryan. He hasn't stopped talking about the stuff he saw. Obsessive, your truggy is the top thing he can't stop raving about. Bad new$ for me.... Mich, crazy moves with the Greevo. It must be the Maxy's! Brian, that Mini Quake is serious fun in a small package. We had a blast and appreciate the hard work of those who set it up, especially Gabe for MC'ing the event. The drags were fun and my Ryan insists that an OS.18 is a must for our Revo. We escaped the day with just a dinged header (me) and one broken front arm (Ryan). That big ramp takes some getting used to. We look forward to next time we see y'all again. It was a perfect day in the park. Dave, John, and Ryan, the Nitro-RS4 Family.

Ryan (michowski) smoked every RC there with his Greevo in the Grass Drags...Awesome mich!
looked like the traction and crisp throttle was the winning factor. Other people were bogging off the line and if they were crisp they had no traction. Mich had both! He was taking everyone off the line and putting the power down to the ground......P5's in 1/8 buggies? haha NO PROBLEM

I like my one take-off I got. Held the rear bumper, got to about 1/3 throttle, and when he said go, I took off and floored it 10 feet away.
I think we should have done it about thirty feet to the right, the grass was shorter there, so the st's would have had more of a chance. Tekno EB48.4 HobbyWing XR8 Sanwa M12

lol thanks for the compliments tex. I had no idea my engine had that kinda power. I always thought of it as just a bottem end motor. After all i also have a strictly bottom end pipe and a bottom end motor so i thought i was gonna get smoked. Guess i was wrong. Definatly fun draging everyone in the dirt. P5? Whats that, the new radio shack motor? LOL JK

mich, I got some sick pics of your revo, last post on pg 38
10-29-2005, 09:24 PM
sweet dude thanks. I enjoyed showing off to everyone by being as stupid as i can with my truck. If i could have only gotten higher tho. LOL i dont even think my truck was started for anymore then 30 seconds before i did my first backflip right after i pulled up.
10-29-2005, 09:31 PM
ya no prob, do you like the pics? I wish I got more but I had to leave early....
10-29-2005, 09:32 PM
ya the pics are cool.
10-29-2005, 09:36 PM
your motor wasn't pulling hard out in the parking lot on the top end mich, you might want to check into that
In the grass/dirt you had mad traction and the powerband of your current tune (more low end like you said) you were able to utilize that in the type of race we did. or somethin'....

i actually thought it was faster on the pavement then the grass for top end. My motor once again ran flawless all day long. It was outa tune a couple times because of the weather going from high 40's when i got there to 60's mid day and getting cooler again but ran as good as it always did any other time. I actually dont ever remember this motor being so fast on top end. I was very suprised to see all the top end i saw today.
