IS this a good reliable, strong motor?

Is the RB S7 .21 any good?

One of the best... I got 14 gallons out of my Ws7II before the piston exploded. Rb's are known for long engine life and tons of power

Eeh nevermind this thread now.....I didn't end up bidding on the engine, and also leisure told me that it was less of a torque motor and more rpm.

That's allright...I think if it doesn't sell, I'm going to pick up a new Axial .28 engine. It fits right in there, nick at leisure busted one out for me to see/fit in there....Looks cool too.

lol...so your going to go with a no name "Axial" instead of a proven S7? lol....The S7 has PLENTY of torque.
If you want to see a S7 in action check out FINN's TTR ST next time your at leisure. Pushes that 9lb UMT around the track with no problems and is very torquey and quick. S7's are awesome motors.

if you want a good motor cheap get a Novarossi .21BF for under $200 and almost just as fast as a P5

Dude, I'm going to go die now after missing that deal...
I think, if I get anything, I'll just get the axial. May as well give it a try. Tekno EB48.4 HobbyWing XR8 Sanwa M12

the new S7's are cheaper than the Ws7II X3's but if ur gonna spend 250 on a motor why not spend 300 for an even better one

Ok. I was just wondering because I don't know of any tranny gear hop-ups like there are for the maxx's. Maybe it has stronger tranny gears?
