I'm usually in bed by 9:00 - 10:00 PM. I've noticed as I get older I can only sleep so many hours.

That would be where you make it up... I usually crash at about 1 and wake up at about 6:30 during the week. On weekends I crash at about 3:00 and sleep untill noon. Hehehe...
