revo break in?
#26
Is the fuel line clip engaged?
Blue wire on the glow plug connected well?
Both indicator lights going good?
What battery is in the ezstart?
Did you warm the engine first, or cold start?

when we go to de-flood the engine, we take the glow plug out and turn the truck over, put the ez-start on the mount, and nothing happens when we hit the button.

we r using shark batteries, 1500's.
we heated the engine.
and the batteries are fully charged.
but still nothing happens.

Could be that it has tons of pinch. Mine did that. Not even my startbox could turn that thing over. I had to use a screwdriver on the flywheel and force it to turn over enough where it wasn't pinched again. A few more cranks of the engine, and it did it again. Eventually I got it running, and once it was running, it's ok.

Pinch is the compression that the piston is feeling in the cylinder. There is no adjustment for it. That is why you need to break in the motor properly... so everything sits properly and you don't blow the motor prematurely...

Rotate the flywheel untill it is loose again and then try the EZ start again. Are both lights on when you hit the button?? Is the glow plug even good?? Is the OWB blown and it isn't doing anything??

yeah, that's exactly what the problem was, we took it to the lhs and told him that we didn't know how to get the picton to go to the bottom (because we knew it had to, just didnt' know how) and he showed us how and now the truck runs, but sucks we can't break it in b/c of the snow
thanks guys
