I think I spoke too soon recently about having to do nothing to the Savage.
I was out running it this weekend and did some damage. It will not roll backwards at all.
I still have yet to do the spider gear mod.
Any suggestions for somebody that really does not know what he is doing?

Jump into it with manual and hand, and start tearing it down. This is the best way to learn your truck... After a few times it will be like nothing and no manuals required. We all had to start somewhere. Just do it....

When it rolls backwards it's turning the clutch bell, it should still do it but it's much more difficult.

It will run forward, just not roll backward
