to get bases go here--> http://www.drivestreet.com/game/index.php? , register, and go to the ib store. if anyone does join, pm me (same name as on here) and ill give you a basic walkthruogh of the rules. and to tune them use either photoshop, or microsoft paint. oh p.s. thanks for the quake bill
