Lake Geneva Wisconsin

Easy 4x4 trails, mostly stock vehicles, any 4x4 welcome, great trails for the first timer.

Any interest?

dude count me in i know exactly where that is. just tell me what time and where do i sign up. also is it a problem that im still 17, or do you guys not do waivers or how does it work?

Yeah no dirt bikes or ATV's, 4wd only

Yeah 17 is fine, I was 17 when I first went. They make you sign a wavier like everyone else. It says any damage done to you or you vehicle is not the tracks fault.

The track charges $350 per day so we tend to rake up several 4x4 clubs and people to share the cost. It most of the time costs $20 to get in.

Thats cool, I was just at Badlands a few weeks back. This lake geneva place is nothing like badlands for size or terrain. What do you drive? But, the location suits me far better.

Here is the first time I was up there, mostly newbie virgin wheeling.

I drive a 90 Nissan Hardbody pickup. I have installed a 3 inch suspension lift, Rock Sliders, 32" BFG a/t's, Custom skid plating, and Warn manual hubs.

I went with the a/ts because m/ts wear out to fast. There is not enough nearby trails to make me need m/t tires. The a/t tires actually seem to work well for what they are. They require airing down to like 10-15PSI to really shine off road. But, they are awesome on the street no vibrations, no noise, and they wear like iron. When the dirt is dry I feel that they are actually better then m/t's.

The club I wheel with have vehicles of similar capability we are not hardcore wheelers out to destroy our trucks. But, we like to have some fun behind the wheel.

The most fun part of lake geneva is watching the jeep club get through that impossible mud pit. I have never seen anyone make it out with out a strap yet.

o and sweet video by the way. also i think i might be able to get a couple other offroading friends of mine to go. on has a 2001 blazer zr2 the another has a wrangler tj with alot of mods done to it but only a 2 in lift, also he has a winch if anyone gets stuck and the last one is his brother who has a grand cherokee with a 2 in lift on it. so ill talk to them and see if they wanna go

Yeah the more people you can bring along, the better. It keeps the price down for all of us.

im pretty sure that the p/u in the video is stick as is most offroading wranglers so dont let that slow you down.

Yeah my truck is a 5 speed it helps as it allows me to engine brake going down steep hills 4wd low helps with slow going.

Yeah I had a friend record the video in the passenger seat. But, I did the editing and stuff. I have another more aggressive video from last fall that I will try to put up.
