Happy Memorial Day.

I am going to the Orland PD for my cousin. They are putting his name on a marble wall as being a vet.

Flag fact
on Memorial Day to honor all who have died in battle, the flag should be flown at half-staff untill noon only, then raised to the top of the staff for the remander of the day.

"The Flag stands for all that we hold dear- Freedom, Democract, Government of the people, by the people, and for the people."
-Henry Cabot Lodge, 1915

dont forget to fly the flag!

I just got off work. Happy Memorial day. Thank you to our veterans for defending our country, our freedom, and everything we stand for.

I was watching some show yesterday and it was about the war in Iraq and they were in a hopstil stationed there. They were performing some kind of brain surgery on an iraqy (sp). The guy on the camera said you guys even treat the insurgans? And the lead doctor said were Americans, we help everyone in need.

ya , its a part of our rules of engagement and its in the geneva convention also, if you shoot an enemy but he is still alive and does no longer pose a threat you have to administer first aid. Thank all of you, a country is only as great as the people that live in it, which makes all you the greatest people in the world!!
