You will enjoy it Eric. Sorry I bought the other one on you... lol

The stock engine isn't too bad. There have been a few with issues where the con-rod has a little play and catches the pullstart. This happened to Firesprinks. I have gotten my stock setup to record consistent 45 MPH. If you aren't happy with the steering, there is a small "Travel stop" on the backside of the steering knuckles. I just dremmeled it down, made sure there was no binding, and got a LOT more steering.

Let me know how that XTM pipe works with it.

So how are the stock servos?
I'll have to use them for a while until I get the cash to replace them if need be.

I'll let you know on the pipe....maybe we'll just have to run them side by side some time to be sure Big Grin

The stock servos aren't bad. A little on the slower side, but they work pretty good.

here is where the rod hit the backer plate. oh well, the .32 is holding up well. i just droped the shocks a hole on mine, about 1-1.5" of clerance now. but well see how prone it is to fliping.

congrats on the infreno GT! they are fun Rc's. Man I'd love to get a bunch of these racing at LHR. that would be a blast!

hmmm.. interesting on the backplate thing. mine never did that but from the start I've had mine on a starter box and dumped the pull start and stock motor mounts all gheto fashion. I'm running my old OPS .21 in my GT now.

It is a Quicktime video. If you don't have QT, or don't want QT, you can Download "Quicktime alternative". It will play QT videos without needing QT software.
