ehhhh...
I don't like the way he listed the parts that come with the truck. You have to buy the sportmaxx to get the radio that should come with the truck anyways. Not very cool.

BTW, my new truck should be here tomorrow Wink

Nice truck, but like DoUMaxx said, for that money, the radio should come with the Truck, not as an option if you pay more for a second truck.

Also, There is no mention as to what engine is on the truck, or how much it has been run. In the opening of the description, he says "This truck is equiped with only the best..." correct me if I'm wrong, but the Stock 2.5 air filter is not anywhere near "The best".

yeah I saw this autcion a couple days ago.. for sure I know that is not a real SM chassis and I think the suspension is a knock off too... I could be a Fastlane machine chassis and arms although he's calling it an unlimited engineering stage 3. I guess for $700 or so it would be ok but its not much of a deal especially since its all Fastlane stuff.

damn.. check out this auction..

lol.. no I don't watch you auctions. unless you are selling somehitng that I search for. Tex mentioned someting about selling them on ebay before and I saw the thread on smrc so I did a search on ebay and found them.

I forgot most people here wern't around when Gabe was rolling on the Ice. when he first got into RC's he had those on his car.. then he got the RC bug and those wheels never made it back on the car again.. lol. They are some sweet wheels. I'm sure those will sell in no time.

I just now saw this thread! That auction of all those cars/trucks is cool, I'm going to watch that one just to see how it ends up.

Towshen, I wouldn't look twice at that truck. REAL UE stuff is all I'm buying now. Now that I know the truth. I wasted so much money over time on all kinds of crap and I could have had a full supermaxx by now.

my rims kinda look black until you see the blings. I bet a sun shot laying in the grass would be the shiz..............

UE stuff maybe alittle more expensive than say Fastlane stuff, but the quality on their stuff is gold.
Their forum kicks a$$, and it cool having the owner of the company help you out with questions.
That alone says something about the company.

Tex, I wanted to take a better pic, but it was late and I didnt feel like carrying 4 rims outside for a good pic.
I got that one guy interested already.

yeah and with UE its not just machining and engineering quality its the material quality that is unreal. UE stuff is real 7075 aluminum and you can tell jsut by the way it holds up to abuse. Its harder to gaul and scratch and when you polish it it stays shiny for a lot longer because its true billet 7075. Anything UE makes is going to be good. it may cost more but its all worth it plus later if you go to resell UE parts you can get 75-80% of the original cost back. Most RC stuff as soon as you open the box you loose 50% of the value.

in about 3 years ill be able to machein all that stuff my self ne way..(maby), it all depends on the knologe that runs in my blood, and USAF machiening and CNC tech school...right know my dads trying to dezine based on the preditor chassy, i figured hes a machienest of 30+ years y not test him...lol...if he can do it, it would be made out of the same quality Aircraft Grade 7075-T6 Aluminum, that UE uses, and would cost me around O$$$ Smile

and if ne1 has some good pics of the preditor chassy please LMK! Smile
