SLOW REVO Wrote:Ok Was'nt sure.
Would this be a good car to start with?
Whats the diffrence between brushless and non brushless.
Im looking for low maintenance.
Can you use regular batteries or do you have to use lipo packs with brushless?
you can use any battery type with a brushless motor. With a brushed motor u have too change the brushes and cut the comm with a motor lathe every few runs when racing. Brushless u do none of that.
When i checked the results for the electric racing they have not yet run a brushless class. il bring mine one of these saturdays and see what happens, It may turn out that all i can do is practice on tues. Which is ok i can get some track time during the week smoke free. My main focus is nitro racing anyway. But i would be nice to race sat evening from time to time.
