The Yellow springs are a bit too stiff for racing. You will get too much weight transfer in the corners. Stick to the stock or Black springs for racing.

The Muggy tires will work, but the Panther tires that Ponch listed may grab a bit better on the Clay. The main difference, is the Muggy tires will wear a little better overall. With the Panther tires, I wouldn't recommend running them anywhere BUT the track. The softer compound will wear down much quicker.
