1. Its still a pre-order item...
2. Ofna quality might be lil better... BUT who knows its still not on the market.. The HB lightning is a VERY VERY strong and durable truck with a few upgrades (front hinge pin brace,ackerman arm,rear toe plate) The truck is a tank!!!! Ive raced mine since december and i think ive only broken a turnbuckle !

4.I would assume the spec page would be on the manufacters web site

** If you look at the prices the HB is a MUCH better buy... You get a motor, pipe, and elctronics for like $100 less... Sure the engine is mediocer but i sold mine for 100 buck, and my radio and electrics for 30... So theres more cash you can use to upgrade your ride
