They are all official kyosho bodies that come on RTR cars. Directly available from Kyosho America's shopatron.
But you can cheat and buy one here for $329 shipped.
Go to http://www.ultimatehobbies.com and do a search for "3181" it will bring up all of the inferno GT's they have. They don't carry the ferrari yet, but they do carry the Subaru, Aston, Nissan, and BMW.
Here are the official kyosho pages.

Aston Martin - http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/carsandtruc...31814B.asp
Subaru STi - http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/carsandtruc...31811B.asp
BMW GTR - http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/carsandtruc...31812B.asp
The Ferrari hasn't been released yet. The only difference between any of the cars is the body, rim colors, and box. The rest is the same.
I got my calsonic right here. http://mywebpages.comcast.net/thirdgen89gta/fleet.jpg
For non kyosho bodies you can pick them up from several companies that make rally game cars (far bigger across the pond than here). Delta Plastik is one of my favorite companies and they offer a good selection. Even though they don't go for spec class its good to know where to find other bodies.
