I like mine medium....... rare grosses me out and well done is like
Unless it's a REALLY good cut then no matter how you cook it it's the chit.
I buy my beef by the half cow from a local farmer about 20 mins south of me. He processes everything so I have ribs, roast, steaks, ground beef, etc... Corn fed Angus Beef. Even the worst piece is better than Jewels best. It's $750 for a years worth of awesome beef. It's about 350lbs of meat.
.....................then you get the half pig to go with it...lol ...........Although I haven't gotten one of those yet. My mom has and it's pretty good Pork. Half Pig, processed, is like $450
