I had to grind down the little metal shaft that the rotor rides on, and then I took off some plastic from the bottom of the rotor where the shaft goes in so it can sit lower without hitting the big gear. Quiet as HELL and has more steering, rises faster, got slightly longer runtimes too I bet.
