As of the moment its listed as open practice. Anyone is welcome to run according to the website. If thats not so then LHR should update the site. Give them a call to verify the schedule, i'm just going by whats listed on the website.
Take from the website. If there has been a change it wasn't announced on the website which is what I check whenever I plan on going to an open practice. Green, call LHR to make sure the schedule is correct.
