Well, I can always hang out full time on the SC forum, then you guys would not have to hear about how awsum the Savage is. Ignorance is bliss...

That was one of his last posts....the Savage vs. Revo thing must really be close to his heart.
It is hard to argue opinions, because they are just opinions. And everyone has their own. You can choose to not argue, and thereby have your opinion without the clash of wills over the subject. But if arguement is what people want, they can do it all day long. Productive dialogue over a tpoic with pro and con is debate, which can be confused with arguement when pride enters into it. If I made the comment that drove him away, it was certainly not out of spite or hatred. The R vs S thread was always meant to be fun "brand loyalty" jabbing. After all, none of us owns Traxxas or HPI company (do we?, no, didn't think so...). So why be so defensive of our choices of truck, car, or buggy. Variety is the spice of life.
RCDad and his everchanging fleet of vehicles was a great poster to read, and I had hoped to, and may still someday, meet him and race on-roads. We'll look for him at the races, with his family in tow!
Who knows, maybe he will surprize everyone and bring the Savage to The Bash. I hope he does.
