I agree 1000% dave. Very few people are actually aware that Illinois is one of only 2 states that do not allow some form of legalized carry by citizens. On top of that, Chicago has the strictest gun laws in the country, including a complete ban on handguns, yet has the highest handgun murder rate in the country. Obviously, the laws only stop the law abiding citizens, which not only takes away there rights, it robs them of their safety as well.
