You share the same freedoms as everyone else. just because you don't smoke, doesn't mean that someone elses freedom has to suffer.
I can completely see banning smoking within a set distance from hospitals or other health care facilities. I would agree with leaving it up to the individual restaurants and bars, as to if they want to allow smoking.
Just as I have the right, and the ability to choose not to go to a restaurant/bar that won't allow smoking, non-smokers have the right and ability to not go to places that allow smoking.
Too much of this country is bowing to political correctness, and it is slowly tearing apart everything this country was founded on.
