Freedom, and damaging someone elses lungs that doesnt want them damage is different. the medical community knows it's bad, and its generally recognized. so for public places im all for it...Do your habit on your own time and stop fucking bitching about your freedom infringment, 99% of people I know that are smokers have no problem stepping outside for 5 minutes to have a smoke....its time to get over it.

I guess the government has to put in laws like this because some people are too stupid to make their own decisions. It's a SIMPLE concept. If an establishment allows smoking, non-smokers can make a simple decision to not go there.... If they don't allow smoking, smokers can just as easily go somewhere else.


But I guess you feel comfortable wearing a leash, letting the government tell you where you can go, what you can do, what you can say, how you can act, and making sure all the "BAD things" stay far away from you, since you obviously can't make the simple reasoning for yourself.
