So far, i'm playing the waitng game for all my parts to come in. I actually spend more time sourcing out parts from my vendors that I deal with than actual wrenching..which do to my busy schedual, I get about 2 days a week to do work on it. So I think 6 1/2 months to get it ready is a good time frame.
I'm sure that I'll run into some problems, but its a fairly basic build this time around. the only problems that I know that I'll encounter is setting up the tuning on the turbo. I'll run a water injection on it (the intake manifold is set up with a normally open switch for this purpose) To keep things safe for boost
I've built a couple power added cars (nitrous fed 302, cetrifical blown 383 stroker) but never a turbo. Should be fun, but I'm not looking for big numbers or fast 1/4 times-especially on the g78-15s- just more the exotic look of the turbo.
