Where do I order a custom built laptop from?

I buy Dell's at home but my company IT guys are 100% Toshiba. They won't even touch a Dell even if we buy it for the company. I don't know what it is they like about Toshiba, but I personally stopped liking them when they sold top secret machinery for making submarine propellers to the Soviets.
