new to offroad, need help

I am very interested in buyin a nitro truck, I'm not sure which one to buy. I want it to be durable and somewhat fast. I'm looking for something low maintenance and easy to upgrade. been looking at the savage, anything else compare?
associated team tc 10. its mostly the way it came, not many mods.
