boil the water first.
put the tire in the water and make sure that half or more off the tire is in water.
leave it for about 10 mins.
take it out and run it under cool water so it is not to hot to handle.
whichever side of the tire was in the water is the side you start to peel.
if the tire does not want to come off dont force it to much or you can rip it.
if the tire is not coming off at all re-boil the tire for about 10 mins.
once one entire side is peeled put the opposite end into the water and repeat.
if these are crappy rims and dont mind the paint peelin off then you can leave them in longer.
if I were you and the rims where great then I would check them every 5 mins.
