Yes, you're right. Very quiet. There are the requisite bars around (being a university town), a few restaurants, coffee houses, a pub and lots of civic events. Really nice, friendly and civilized folks. What a potential gold mine for an indoor/outdoor R/C track with all of those college students around and not much in the way of entertainment besides drinking, small bands and oh...the ancient roller skating rink.
