its your choice but its recommended to do the intermediate class so you can get a feel for how a big pro series race runs, get you used to the whole program and all that stuff. With over 200 people running its tough to run in the pro class. When i went to the pro series last year I saw many top guys doing non stop running around, wrenching, marshalling, ect. Run what you want tho is how it goes.
