What you will do is either run it too cold thereby ruining the motor because it's not operated in it's tolorence range OR you will simply seize it from lack of lubrication because you are running too little fuel (oil) in an attempt to raise engine temperature into a 'normal' operating range.
I proved this many years ago with my C5 Rody which was destroyed in one day by running a cooling head which was about 30% oversize. I've seen Immegrent CNC's cooling heads, they are even bigger.
You'll spend money to ruin a motor. Not a good deal even if it's free.
