Quote:Each week we get less and less electric and more nitro. now I hear I WAS going to start racing electric but you changed the schedule so I can't. If we had a good electric crowd on Saturday we would not had to change. Friday night racing at the place went real good so we will try again. Friday we can give the electric guys a fresh ,wet track to run on with better traction. something the electric guys complaind about Saturdays. And lets not forget we have closed the track two times to nitro for big electric races. I'm not hearing nitro complain. We want to have good racing for all. We just need to find a good schedule that works for all. thanks
Correct alot of the "electric" crowd was and is still racing a good amount of Touring cars. But that's winding down.
True I have not been to Leisure since it's reopened. TC season carpet season is winding down and many of the guys were thinking of running offroad. But most of the guys I know are from Chicago and further north. So making a trek to Leisure on a Friday is close to impossible.
I've considered selling my XXX4 to get a Nitro something but I usually don't like the nitro racing scene.
Either way I know that the ultimate decision is based on current turnouts and you can't beat the trend of latest MTs and 1/8th cars on the market. I think what Leisure and Bernie are doing with this new schedule is still good because it helps keep the doors open at one of the nicest facilities. And hey if it helps pay for the outdoor onroad track........I'm all for that! LOL
Bernie tell Darrin I need help with nitro engines
Kenji I like you solution LOL
I think I'm close but too loaded on the electric TC side.
